Nina Meuwese

Nina Meuwese is a seasoned attorney specializing in corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. With keen legal insight and strategic vision, she supports her clients in complex disputes and offers creative and practical advice. Before co-founding ALDEN, Nina was a partner and head of the scientific office at a renowned top-50 law firm.

Nina graduated cum laude in both civil and notarial law and also completed cum laude the postgraduate Grotius specialization course 'National and International Contracting'. At her Grotius exam, Nina was compared to a Rubik's cube, referring to her analytical ability and talent to approach complex issues from multiple angles and arrive at conclusive solutions.

Nina provides high-quality legal services characterized by precision, an analytical approach and a focus on results.  

Nina is a member of the civil committee of the District Court of ‘s-Hertogenbosch on behalf of the Dutch Bar Association since 2016. As a result, she has good and warm contacts at the court and the Bar Association.

Nina Meuwese has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Civil procedural law, Arbitration, Seizure and execution law, Litigation.

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
